Spotted a wrong price, an outdated feature or a broken link? Email the page address and what’s wrong. Corrections are handled under our editorial policy and the page’s “Updated” date changes when we fix it.

Questions about a review or score

Tell us which service and what you’d like to know. We can usually share more detail from our test notes than made it into the published review.

If you run a virtual assistant service we’ve reviewed — or one we haven’t — you’re welcome to get in touch. We do not take payment for coverage and we do not share drafts before publication, but we will always correct factual errors and we re-test when a service changes materially. See how we test.
